If you receive items that were not the right item that does not match the stock number, by contacting us and we will send you an RMA number with a shipping label that is sent to the email you add during the ordering process, which cost you nothing, Company error is paid by us. If an item is damaged the CUSTOMER must start a claim with the shipper, then shipper will contact us to acknowledge they have a report of damaged merchandise, at that time when Easy-Street LLC receives the claim number we will then contact you to send you another part, and if necessary a shipping label to return the part to us so we can have it for the shipping company if they want to see the damage. If your order has all the right parts and you for whatever reason want to return the item or items, you then will receive the refund with a 15% restocking fee taken out of the price of the return part.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases this process goes faster and the refund is shown back on your card faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return, minus the 15% restocking fee, depending on the situation as described above, then once we receive the merchandise and inspect merchandise to ensure it is not defective (3 to 5 business days), if item is not dirty, broken, or unserviceable we will then refund the money minus the 15% restocking fee, if it was the right item ordered by customer. As mentioned above if the wrong merchandise is sent to customer then we send the RMA with label and ship the right part which would be NO COST to customer, because of company error.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
